I was complaining about it, but they said it's my fault my ISP is too slow.
But I am getting 101mbit/s from ISP on every port. They are not trimming me.

Update Usenext or new my new name for them (uselast) sent my invoice to a debt collection agency. Beware of Uselast. AKA usenext.

Interested in joining a class action suit against usenext. Check back soon for a link to a web site to sign up and we will try and recover the money that uselast has stolen from you.

I had been a member of usenext for years until last week. My account was up for renewal and I was happy with the service. My troubles started when my banks fraud dept declined their request for payment. The bank called me and said that the service that they used for overseas payments had received so many complaints about UseNext that they were no longer going to process any payment to Avito/UseNext.

When I contacted Usenext support to offer another payment method I was met with the worst customer service. So bad that after three email to them without their support staff reading the body of my message I cancelled my membership.

I now consider myself lucky that my banks policy had changed.

There are so many quality sites out there that will treat you well and charge you less. The site I picked as a replacement gives me unlimited access for 50% less than I was paying UseNext for a metered 80gb per month account.

Oh and yes, UseNext continues to try and bill my credit card. The bank has been thanked by me and knows not to allow a payment to Usenext though.

USENEXT are a scam. Avoid them. They automatically renew the account (stupid fine print). If the payment fails, they claim they sent you emails, which are never received. They pass on your personal data to UK debt collection agency (which is not a part of the T&C's). The debt agency adds their own charges and threatens you with legal action. All-in-all a nightmare of an experience. I wish I had checked their reputation before signing up.

Hello so I dont even remember ever going to this site but I had a message on my phone today threatening to sue me for breech of contract because my bank declined their payment. I went and looked at my bank statement to see if any checks had been returned and the only thing was from these people. How do I clear this up to keep them from actually suing me..especially when I never used them?
  • Peter  - Binverse SCAM
    avatar
Binverse is a SCAM. DO NOT use your Paypal account, they imbed a Recurring Payment in your Paypal account when you send them the 1.00 for the trial period. Thereafter, Binverse charge your Paypal account without you aware of them. Once you aware of them, they WILL NOT refund you. So DO NOT pay them with Paypal or Credit Card. Binverse is a SCAM. No ligitimate business using their contact system. They use contact system so you do not have proof between you and them. You can not reply their email but need to fill out a different contact to send them. Therefore you have no record of your complaint.

Login your Paypal and remove Recurring Payment immediately or else they will able to charge your account at any time. Contact Paypal if you need instruction how to remove the Recurring Payment Binverse imbed in your Paypal account without your authorization.

I tried the free trial of usenext over 2 years ago and while ok wasn't exactly what I was looking for so cnacelled before the end of the "free" trial.

A few weeks ago I get an e-mail reminding me I owe them just over £100. Go to usenext and log in to the account I cancelled. Turns out it wasn't cancelled with no way to prove that I in fact cancelled during the free trial. They wait 2 YEARS before sending me a payment demand, no other communication during that time at all. I respond explaining my side of things and asking them to clarify a few points, next e-mail I receive is from a debt collection agency.

A nice big bill for something I've never used. Save yourself grief and stay the hell away from these cowboys. If you want newsgroup access sign up for giganews.

Guys iv been using UseNext for a while and i just want to recommend YOU DO NOT USE THEM.

I have had a very bad experience and now they are trying to charge me for a subscription i did not use. They didnt make it clear that they charge you every month no matter if you pay for it or not, they will also use debt collectors.

You may think you can pay once for say 50GB and then just use that and buy another 50GB but they will keep charging you no matter if you pay for it or not. When you dont pay, they will get dept collectors to recover the money. They didnt contact me to say this is whats going to happen or anything.

    Unbelivable.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
