  I am using the yearly unlimited plan now for 2 years. Never had one problem. All my NZBs come up fast for download and no completion issues on my end.

  I subscribed to their free 14 day trial. On the 13th day, I tried to cancel my subscription. They say you only have to click a link to cancel autorenewal, but I've never found this link.
  
  Of course, i sent a mail to customer service, but the day later my subscription was renewed and I had to pay.
  
  You have to contact them to close a free trial subscription....

  Lousy service and customer support is non-existent. Signed up for unlimited access with auto renewal. Usenetserver terminated service after one month no explanation, no answer to emails. There was no abuse of the access except maybe I downloaded to much for their preference but wouldn't that come under "unlimited". False advertisement!

  I chose Usenetserver for its incredible price. I have been using it for more than a year, and I am very happy with it.
  To be honest, It happened once that I could not repair a movie because of too many failed parts, so I also took an astranet fixed plan to fix that.
  For me, the best plan there is.

  I just started with the discount plan for $10. I never got unlimited access to newsgroups so cheap.
