There are MANY other BETTER organizations that are comparably much more functional than this

Binverse offered a "free 14 day trial" of their download service product. To accomplish this I was required to use my Paypal account to pay them $1. They stated they had an automatic renewal after 14 days unless I canceled, which I did that same day of enrollment due to the fact that they assured me they had a certain e-book prior to my enrollment, then after the enrollment in-actuality they did not. I cancelled accordingly on their site. Somehow Binverse was able to force the transaction to go through and I found out this morning when I saw this charge. So here I go on their site, again, and cancel again.

Also, that same day prior to me canceling, I was not even able to install the Binverse software either, so I called them at (877) 352-1610 and they ended up not being able to help me whatsoever.

This service was a complete scam to me nor did it ever work for me one time. I was unable to ever download their software, their staff was not helpful, they did not have the product that was promised, and I already canceled. Even though I canceled the service agreement on Paypal right away, Binverse was still able to push the $99.96 transaction through anyway.

After I called them today after finding out about this charge, they told me they were unable to cancel my account or refund my money & that I would have to cancel the account on their website again. I logged in & canceled my account & also canceled my further payments to them via Paypal, but somehow Binverse already seemed to be able to push this last transaction through my Paypal account even though they were not authorized to do so.

Im getting my transaction disputed. I will not tolerate a company like this trying to empower themselves over people and demand money for services that were not tendered and for a membership that was already cancelled.
    - This company is not recommended to consumers.

Binverse moved me from a trial ($1) to full account ($21.99) without requiring my authorisation. Their emails DO NOT warn of this adequately (there is some twisted language that hints at the possibility of changing to a full acount by oneself).

I have used Giganews and other providers before, without any of these problems.

Avoid. PayPal are of little help in resolving these kinds of disputes.

    :( Poor customer service.
After doing some research i decided to Give Binverse a try.

Signed up for their free 14 day trial offer it sounded good, got billed $1 via paypal.

Received login and password right away... Put these into my Newsreader and everything worked fine for 2 days. Then Login and Pass quit working altogether. Status window said Binverse was rejecting authentication of login and password.

4weeks later Binverse billed my Paypal account 21.99 for newsfeed I could'nt connect to.

I contacting Binverse many times to resolve connection and billing problem. Nothing, they insisted the login and pass were correct.

I kept getting the same robo response via the customer help form. After weeks of trying they sent me an email stating i needed a differant login for the Newsreader i was using. And i should have contacted them sooner?
By this time the months paid subscription had
expired. Now they wanted more money.

Cost $21.99 for 1 month 0 GB downloaded...

    I'm requesting my money back.

I never signed up for Binverse, I only pushed the free trial button. To get your "free" trial you have to pay $1 through PayPal. I canceled the transaction, but still Binverse somehow had everything they needed to start charging me for something I never signed up for.

Tried to call their "help"desk, but all I got was a sarcastic women who couldn't help me at all. Had to take the dispute through PayPal instead, who immediately blocked Binverse for me.

My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM BINVERSE as they only cheat you and have no interesset in helping you once you're trapped.

 Binverse is easy to get in, but not easy to get out. They will suck every penny out of you. They have been charging me even after I cancelled my account out of sheer frustration with their customer support. Useless Binverse. UTorrent is way better than them.

The software is top notch, much easier than other newsreaders that I've tried (and the built in search engine rocks!). I'm also having no problems maxing out my internet connection and getting great completion rates.
